H.S. Dreher Capital Management, LLC is a FeeOnly(TM) Registered Investment Adviser. The firm does not broker investments or in any other manner derive compensation or commissions from their sale, recommendation or exchange.

ANNUAL FEE SCHEDULE

Assets Under Management:

$0 to 250,000: 1.0%
$250,000 to 750,000: 0.8%
> $750,000: 0.5%
Fees are paid quarterly after service is rendered. (Minimum Annual Fee $2,500)

Negotiation:

Fees are negotiable. Total firm fees average less than 1% of assets under management.
